Meet Information

The minimum age for this meet is 8 years old. Qualifying times will apply for all 100 and 200m events. 

Gates Open: 7.30am. Warm-up 8.00 am for a 9.00 am start
Gate entry: $3 - Swimmers & children FREE. Programs $3.

Helensvale Swimming Club will be operating a breakfast and lunch BBQ. The pool has a kiosk where drinks, hot drinks and pies are on sale.

8 lane 25m pool and 17m pool for warm up & warm down. There is car parking available outside the pool and down Rugby Lane. There is shade available for 150 people (please bring chairs) but it is recommended that clubs bring their own seats and shade as plenty of grassed area available.

How to Enter (JHSC Members Only) 

1. Download and complete the external meet nomination form.
2. Make payment to the club account (details on the meet nomination form).
3. Email completed form, including payment receipt no. to the Race Secretary.
